Texas High School Football - Summer Creek beat Dekaney

The Summer Creek Bulldogs football squad scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Dekaney Wildcats to 17 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conroe for a non-league battle on Friday, October 9. Summer Creek will play a Tigers squad coming off a 42-7 non-league win over Kingwood (Kingwood, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.

Coming up next, the Wildcats play the Spring Lions (Spring, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 battle, on Friday, October 9. Dekaney will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 31-27 non-league win over Klein Oak (Spring, TX).
