The Independence Knights (Frisco, TX) basketball were winner over the visiting Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX), 52-42 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 11-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lebanon Trail for a 5A Region II District 11 bout on Friday, January 10. Independence will play a Trail Blazers team coming off a 83-30 league loss to Heritage (Frisco, TX). The Trail Blazers record now stands at 9-12.
