The Raymond Central Mustangs football team (Raymond, NE), was ripped 49-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Scotus Shamrocks (Columbus, NE)

The Shamrocks (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Neumann (Wahoo, NE). The Cavaliers come into the C1 District 4 challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Neumann trounced Lakeview (Columbus, NE), 29-22, in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wahoo for a C1 District 4 challenge on Friday, September 28. Raymond Central will meet a Warriors team coming off a 36-0 non-league win over West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE). The Warriors record now stands at 4-1.
