Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Elkhorn South Storm (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE), saw Elkhorn South's basketball squad knock off Lincoln High by a count of 58-41.

With the victory, Elkhorn South upgrades its record to 7-11 on the campaign. The Storm host Kearney (Kearney, NE) to play the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 1. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Kearney won 65-18 in their recent league challenge against Omaha South (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Links play the Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Friday, February 1. Lincoln High will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record.
