The Parsippany Redhawks basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Butler Bulldogs to 44 in the Redhawks non-league victory on Thursday.

The Redhawks now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kinnelon for a non-league contest on Friday, December 28. Parsippany will battle a Colts team coming off a 51-45 non-league win over Pompton Lakes (Pompton Lakes, NJ). The Colts record now stands at 3-1.

The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Pompton Lakes (Pompton Lakes, NJ). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Pompton Lakes was nudged by Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ), 51-45, in a non-league contest.
