Connecticut High School Basketball - Rockville holds off East Windsor
January 15, 2019: Vernon, CT 06066 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Rockville Rams (Vernon, CT) and the visiting East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT), saw Rockville's basketball squad hold off East Windsor by a tally of 28-24.
With the victory, Rockville improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Somers (Somers, CT) to confront the Spartans in a North Central Connecticut challenge on Wednesday, January 16. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Somers lost 59-49 in their recent league challenge against Granby Memorial (Granby, CT)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Stafford Bulldogs (Stafford Springs, CT) in a North Central Connecticut challenge, on Wednesday, January 16. East Windsor will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 41-17 league loss to Granby Memorial (Granby, CT).
