The Avon Eagles (Avon, OH) football routed the visiting Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH), 52-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Southwestern bout, on Friday, September 7. Avon will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Shoremen enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 49-14 league win over North Olmsted (North Olmsted, OH).

The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Westlake (Westlake, OH). The Demons enter the Southwestern bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Westlake was crushed by Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH), 57-35, in a league bout.
