Colorado High School Ice Hockey - Poudre School District knocks off Ralston Valley

The Poudre School District Stars (Fort Collins, CO) ice hockey trounced the visiting Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO), 9-2 in Friday's league outing.

The Stars now own a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Monarch for a 5A League 4 outing on Saturday, February 8. Poudre School District will encounter a Coyotes team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO). The Coyotes record now stands at 10-3.

With the defeat, Ralston Valley moves to 8-10 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO) to encounter the Bruins in a non-league outing on Saturday, February 8. The Bruins go into the outing with a record of 10-4. Cherry Creek won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Monarch (Louisville, CO)
