The Ayden-Grifton Chargers (Ayden, NC) football nudged the host Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs (Teachey, NC), 14-13 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Ayden-Grifton will attempt to move on its 13-1 season record.
