The Beckman Patriots (Irvine, CA) basketball toppled the visiting Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA), 58-43 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they travel to Mission Viejo for a Sea View bout on Tuesday, January 14. Beckman will play a Diablos team coming off a 70-33 league loss to El Toro (Lake Forest, CA). The Diablos record now stands at 6-15.
