The Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks basketball team (Tucson, AZ), dropped 53-33 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Canyon del Oro Dorados (Tucson, AZ)

The Dorados now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flowing Wells for a 4A Kino battle on Tuesday, December 19. Canyon del Oro will battle a Caballeros team coming off a 43-32 non-league loss to Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Caballeros record now stands at 1-11.

The Nighthawks (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ). The Padres come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Marcos de Niza dropped by American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ), 76-50, in a non-league battle.
