The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Surry Central Golden Eagles (Dobson, NC) and the host Forbush Falcons (East Bend, NC), observed Surry Central's basketball team overwhelm Forbush by a margin of 76-33.

The Golden Eagles (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Buckin' Elks come into the non-league challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, Elkin trounced Starmount (Boonville, NC), 76-34, in a league challenge.
