Arizona High School Basketball - Santa Cruz Valley falls to Horizon Honors

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Horizon Honors Eagles basketball team scored a good 58-49 triumph over the Santa Cruz Valley Dust Devils.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Tempe Prep Knights (Tempe, AZ) in a 2A South match, on Tuesday, January 16. Horizon Honors will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 3-11 record after their 67-62 league loss to St. Augustine Catholic (Tucson, AZ).

With the defeat, Santa Cruz Valley moves to 6-7 on the year. The Dust devils travel to Sequoia Pathway Academy (Maricopa, AZ) to meet the Pumas in a 2A South match on Tuesday, January 16.
