With the victory, Little Cypress-Mauriceville improves its record to 10-15 on the campaign. The Bears host West Orange-Stark (Orange, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 4A Region III District 22 challenge on Friday, January 11. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 12-12. West Orange-Stark lost 64-56 in their recent league challenge against Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX)
Next up, the Cardinals confront the Lumberton Raiders (Lumberton, TX) in a 4A Region III District 22 challenge, on Friday, January 11. Bridge City will attempt to improve on its 11-13 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 15-12 record after their 67-35 non-league win over Big Sandy (Dallardsville, TX).
