The Desert Mountain Wolves routed the visiting North Saxons softball squad by a count of 11-5 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Wolves (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ). The Pioneers go into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Pinnacle nudged North (Torrance, CA), 8-2, in a non-league battle.

The Saxons now sport a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cibola for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 24. North will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Desert Ridge (Mesa, AZ). The Raiders record now stands at 1-2.
