Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Central Catholic can't get by Reading Memorial
April 3, 2019: Lawrence, MA 01841 Reading Memorial Rockets (Reading, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Central Catholic Raiders (Lawrence, MA), 11-10 in a non-league test.
The Rockets now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Beverly for a non-league test on Friday, April 5. Reading Memorial will face a Panthers squad coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to Winchester (Winchester, MA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Raiders face the North Andover Scarlet Knights (North Andover, MA) in a Cape Ann test, on Friday, April 5. Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Scarlet Knights come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 12-9 non-league win over Ipswich (Ipswich, MA).
