Arizona High School Basketball - Paradise Valley fells Desert Mountain

January 28, 2020: Scottsdale, AZ 85259

Paradise Valley Trojans (Phoenix, AZ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball team defeat the host Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), 52-44 in a league contest.

The Trojans now sport a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cactus Shadows for a 5A Northeast Valley contest on Friday, January 31. Paradise Valley will meet a Falcons team coming off a 86-40 non-league win over Fairfax (Laveen, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 21-1.

The Wolves (10-11) will now prepare for their contest against North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ). The Rattlers enter the 5A Northeast Valley contest with a 2-16 record. In their last contest, North Canyon ran past Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ), 55-38, in a non-league contest.
