Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN) and the host Northfield Norsemen (Wabash, IN), saw Tippecanoe Valley's basketball squad overcome Northfield by a tally of 65-50.

With the victory, Tippecanoe Valley improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Plymouth (Plymouth, IN) to confront the Pilgrims/Rockies in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 8. The Pilgrims/Rockies come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Plymouth lost 47-42 in their recent league challenge against Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN)

Next up, the Norsemen confront the Madison-Grant Argylls (Fairmount, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 8. Northfield will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Argylls come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 51-48 league win over Blackford (Hartford City, IN).
