The Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE) basketball nipped the host East Butler Tigers (Brainard, NE), 51-47 in Thursday's league test.

The Huskies (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Osceola (Osceola, NE). The Bulldogs go into the D2 District 2 test with a 1-18 record. In their last test, Osceola was tipped by Heartland (Henderson, NE), 53-27, in a non-league test.
