October 19, 2018: Savannah, GA 31410 The Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders (Lyons, GA) football overcame the host St. Andrew's Lions (Savannah, GA), 21-7 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Piedmont Academy Cougars (Monticello, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 26. Toombs Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 3-4 record after their 42-38 non-league win over Crisp Academy (Cordele, GA).
The Lions (0-6) will now prepare for their bout against Briarwood Academy (Warrenton, GA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Briarwood Academy was toppled by Brentwood (Sandersville, GA), 42-7, in a league bout.
