Michigan High School Basketball - Mt. Pleasant nips Traverse City West
February 18, 2025: Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Mt. Pleasant Oilers basketball team scored a close 46-44 triumph over the Traverse City West Titans.
The Oilers (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI). The Bobcats go into the Saginaw Valley contest with a 14-7 record. In their last contest, Grand Blanc nipped Midland (Midland, MI), 84-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Titans battle the Petoskey Northmen (Petoskey, MI) in a Big North contest, on Thursday, February 20. Traverse City West will attempt to better on its 17-4 season record. The Northmen go into the contest with a 10-11 record after their 64-56 league loss to Traverse City Central (Traverse City, MI).
