Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) and the host Buckeye Hawks (Buckeye, AZ), saw Millennium's baseball squad knock off Buckeye by a count of 3-0.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 8. Millennium will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.

The Hawks now possess a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a 5A Central Valley battle on Monday, March 11. Buckeye will play a Rams squad coming off a 20-0 non-league loss to Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ). The Rams record now stands at 0-5.
