Arizona High School Basketball - Desert Edge can't hold off Peoria

The Panthers now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckeye for a non-league battle on Friday, January 17. Peoria will battle a Hawks team coming off a 92-76 league win over Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Hawks record now stands at 16-2.
The Scorpions (14-4) will now prepare for their battle against Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ). The Knights come into the 4A West Valley battle with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, Lake Havasu was tipped by Cactus (Glendale, AZ), 76-44, in a league test.
