January 16, 2025: Havana, IL 62644 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Havana Ducks (Havana, IL) and the visiting Greenview Bulldogs (Greenview, IL), observed Havana's basketball team overwhelm Greenview by a margin of 56-21.
The Ducks (4-14) will now prepare for their challenge against Illini Central (Mason City, IL). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 11-6 record. In their last challenge, Illini Central trounced Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL), 62-57, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers (Mt. Pulaski, IL) in a Tomahawk challenge, on Saturday, January 18. Greenview will attempt to better on its 0-15 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a 7-10 record after their 62-57 league loss to Illini Central (Mason City, IL).
