Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the East Marion Eagles (Columbia, MS) and the host Biggersville Lions (Corinth, MS), saw East Marion's basketball squad overcome Biggersville by a tally of 51-32.

With the victory, East Marion improves its record to 19-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pine Grove (Ripley, MS) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 32-3. Pine Grove won 44-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Durant (Durant, MS)
