Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Miller Mavericks (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA), saw Miller's baseball squad knock off Blue Ridge by a count of 13-0.

Coming up next, the Mavericks play the Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 11. Miller will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Cadets enter the battle with a 15-0 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Atlantic Shores Christian (Chesapeake, VA).
