The Lucas Christian Academy Warriors basketball team (Lucas, TX), was overwhelmed 41-18 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Poetry Community Christian Pioneer (Poetry, TX)

The Pioneer (13-3) will now prepare for their outing against Paris HomeSchool (Paris, TX). The go into the non-league outing with a 14-12 record. In their last outing, Paris HomeSchool smashed CHAAMP HomeSchool (Mt. Pleasant, TX), 55-26, in a non-league outing.

The Warriors now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Wylie Prep Academy for a TCAF Division 1 District 3 outing on Tuesday, January 19. Lucas Christian Academy will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 51-24 league loss to Poetry Community Christian (Poetry, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 1-9.
