The Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX) volleyball overcame the visiting Hays Rebels (Buda, TX), 3-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Dripping Springs upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Georgetown (Georgetown, TX) to face the Eagles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 28. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 9-2. Georgetown won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX)

The Rebels now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Del Valle for a 6A Region IV District 25 outing on Tuesday, August 21. Hays will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Pflugerville Connally (Austin, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-5.
