August 30, 2019: Odenville, AL 35120 The St. Clair County Fighting Saints football team (Odenville, AL), was ripped 42-7 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Cherokee County Warriors (Centre, AL)
The Warriors (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Anniston (Anniston, AL). The Bulldogs come into the 4A Region 6 challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Anniston was ripped by Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL), 14-13, in a non-league challenge.
The Fighting Saints now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Moody for a 5A Region 5 challenge on Friday, September 6. St. Clair County will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 43-13 non-league loss to Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-1.
