Colorado High School Basketball - Horizon trounced by Fort Collins
January 29, 2010: Thornton, CO 80602 In Friday's league match, the visiting Fort Collins Lambkins basketball team scored a decisive 78-51 triumph over the Horizon Hawks.
In their next game, the Lambkins confront the Fairview Knights (Boulder, CO) in a 5A Front Range match, on Tuesday, February 2. Fort Collins will attempt to move on its 16-1 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 12-5 record after their 71-60 league win over Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO).
With the defeat, Horizon moves to 5-12 on the campaign. The Hawks host Monarch (Louisville, CO) to battle the Coyotes in a 5A Front Range challenge on Tuesday, February 2. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Monarch lost 57-48 in their recent league challenge against Mountain Range (Westminster, CO)
