Wisconsin High School Football - Wonewoc-Center thwarted by Cashton
October 13, 2006: Cashton, WI 54619 The Cashton Eagles toppled the visiting Wonewoc-Center Indians football squad by a final score of 36-26 in Friday's league outing.
The Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Lisbon for a Scenic Bluffs outing on Thursday, October 19. Cashton will face a Rockets team coming off a 38-0 league loss to Bangor (Bangor, WI). The Rockets record now stands at 4-4.
The Indians (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Hillsboro (Hillsboro, WI). The Tigers enter the Scenic Bluffs match with a 8-0 record. In their last match, Hillsboro topped Brookwood (Ontario, WI), 56-21, in a league match.
