March 16, 2019: Santa Monica, CA 90405 The Santa Monica Vikings (Santa Monica, CA) volleyball overcame the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Santa Monica upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA) to face the Rebels in a non-league outing on Saturday, March 16. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 8-2. Quartz Hill won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Palmdale (Palmdale, CA)
The Cougars now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Buena for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 16. Kennedy will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
