Nebraska High School Basketball - St. Francis knocked off by Dundy County-Stratton
December 15, 2017: Benkelman, NE 69021 The Dundy County-Stratton Tigers basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting St. Francis Indians to 40 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perkins County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 16. Dundy County-Stratton will meet a Plainsmen team coming off a 50-15 non-league loss to Ogallala (Ogallala, NE). The Plainsmen record now stands at 1-6.
The Indians (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Idalia (Idalia, CO). The Wolves enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Idalia ran past Caliche (Iliff, CO), 38-37, in a non-league contest.
