The Lake Norman Christian Lions (Davidson, NC) basketball crushed the host South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC), 85-46 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 18-11 record. They play next when they host Elevation Prep Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Lake Norman Christian will play a Honey Badgers team coming off a 87-69 non-league loss to New Life Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Honey Badgers record now stands at 4-14.

With the loss, South Charlotte falls to 8-15 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC) to play the Runnin' Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, February 3. The Runnin' Patriots go into the bout with a record of 9-19. Surry HomeSchool lost 94-61 in their recent league bout against Greater Cabarrus Stallions (Concord, NC)
