The Half Moon Bay Cougars the host Lincoln Lions baseball team by a count of 7-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Menlo-Atherton for a Peninsula - Ocean bout on Tuesday, March 12. Half Moon Bay will face a Bears team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA). The Bears record now stands at 2-2.
