In Saturday's non-league outing, the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD) basketball squad felled the visiting Eureka/Bowdle Patriots (Eureka, SD), by a margin of 52-44.

The Tigers (3-10) will now prepare for their outing against McLaughlin (McLaughlin, SD). The Mustangs go into the A Region 6 outing with a 7-6 record. In their last outing, McLaughlin thwarted Miller (Miller, SD), 66-44, in a league outing.

The Patriots now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] for a B Region 2 bout on Thursday, January 25. Eureka/Bowdle will play a Battlers squad coming off a 57-41 non-league win over Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Battlers record now stands at 7-5.
