The Rancho Solano Prep Mustangs (Scottsdale, AZ) basketball crushed the host Madison Highland Prep Heat (Phoenix, AZ), 79-38 in Thursday's league test.

The Mustangs (8-1) will now prepare for their test against Skyview (Vancouver, WA). The Storm go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Skyview walloped Heritage (Vancouver, WA), 60-43, in a non-league test.

The Heat now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Scottsdale Preparatory Academy for a 2A Metro test on Friday, December 15. Madison Highland Prep will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 56-38 non-league loss to Highland Prep (Surprise, AZ). The Spartans record now stands at 6-9.
