The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX) and the visiting Rivera Raiders (Brownsville, TX), saw O'Connor's volleyball squad beat Rivera by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, O'Connor upgrades its record to 32-11 on the year. The Panthers travel to United (Laredo, TX) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 9. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 32-4. United won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX)

The Raiders now own a 33-11 record.
