Florida High School Basketball - Poplar Springs overwhelms Liberty County
January 26, 2019: Graceville, FL 32440 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Poplar Springs Atomics (Graceville, FL) and the visiting Liberty County Bulldogs (Bristol, FL), saw Poplar Springs's basketball squad wallop Liberty County by a tally of 58-10.
With the victory, Poplar Springs improves its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Atomics travel to Altha (Altha, FL) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 29. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-12. Altha lost 39-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Vernon (Vernon, FL)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Malone Tigers (Malone, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 28. Liberty County will attempt to improve on its 5-15 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 56-8 league loss to Paxton (Paxton, FL).
