November 17, 2023: Fitzgerald, GA 31750 Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane (Fitzgerald, GA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Spencer Greenwave (Columbus, GA), 37-20 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Fitzgerald improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Purple Hurricane travel to Callaway (Hogansville, GA) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Friday, November 24. The Cavaliers come into the test with a record of 9-2. Callaway won 42-19 in their recent non-league test against Model (Rome, GA)
With the loss, Spencer drops to 8-4 on the campaign.
