The Saint James Saints (Hagerstown, MD) basketball edged the host St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings (Buckeystown, MD), 64-60 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Saints now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Flint Hill for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 17. Saint James will play a Huskies team coming off a 67-53 league loss to Highland (Warrenton, VA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, St. John's Catholic Prep falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21.
