Washington, DC High School Basketball - McKinley Tech tops Ballou
December 17, 2018: Washington, DC 20002 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC) and the visiting Ballou Knights (Washington, DC), saw McKinley Tech's basketball squad knock off Ballou by a count of 71-63.
With the victory, McKinley Tech upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Trainers travel to Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD) to play the Crusader in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 19. The Crusader come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Riverdale Baptist won 54-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Parkside (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Knights play the Somerset Prep Bulldogs (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 19. Ballou will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 83-79 league loss to KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC).
