The Westmont Sentinels basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Lisle Lions to 28 in the Sentinels league triumph on Monday.

The Sentinels now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plano for a Interstate Eight contest on Thursday, January 15. Westmont will meet a Reapers team coming off a 83-26 non-league loss to Hinckley-Big Rock (Hinckley, IL). The Reapers record now stands at 2-15.

The Lions (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Herscher (Herscher, IL). The Tigers enter the Interstate Eight contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Herscher trounced Wilmington (Wilmington, IL), 48-43, in a league contest.
