Arizona High School Basketball - Basha crushes Mountain Ridge

Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), 84-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Basha upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Bears host Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Pride in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Pride go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Mountain Pointe lost 70-55 in their recent non-league bout against Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Mountain Lions clash with the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) in a 6A Desert Valley bout, on Thursday, December 7. Mountain Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 85-30 non-league win over Westwood (Mesa, AZ).
