In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Desert Christian Knights basketball team scored a decisive 41-20 triumph over the Trona Tornadoes.

In their next game, the Knights meet the The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 14. Desert Christian will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Griffins enter the match with a 6-4 record after their 72-9 league win over Lancaster Baptist (Lancaster, CA).
