The Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions basketball team (Concord, NC), dropped 43-35 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting South Charlotte Thunder Thunder (Matthews, NC)

The Thunder now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Comenius for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 29. South Charlotte Thunder will confront a Knights team coming off a 56-41 non-league win over Pine Lake Preparatory (Mooresville, NC). The Knights record now stands at 8-0.

The Stallions (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Pine Lake Preparatory (Mooresville, NC). The Pride come into the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Pine Lake Preparatory dropped by Comenius (Fort Mill, SC), 56-41, in a non-league battle.
