February 5, 2019: Howard, KS 67349 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Sedan Devils (Sedan, KS) and the host West Elk Patriots (Howard, KS), saw Sedan's basketball squad overcome West Elk by a tally of 49-39.
With the victory, Sedan improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Devils travel to Caldwell (Caldwell, KS) to confront the Bluejays in a South Central Border challenge on Friday, February 8. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 15-2. Caldwell won 57-19 in their recent league challenge against Oxford (Oxford, KS)
Next up, the Patriots confront the Argonia Red Raiders (Argonia, KS) in a South Central Border challenge, on Friday, February 8. West Elk will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 56-30 league loss to Cedar Vale/Dexter (Cedar Vale, KS).
