Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN), 35-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mississinewa upgrades its record to 16-8 on the season. The Indians travel to Peru (Peru, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 2. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-10. Peru won 69-52 in their recent non-league bout against Oak Hill (Converse, IN)
