North Carolina High School Soccer - Trinity knocks off Providence Grove
April 10, 2019: Trinity, NC 27370 Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC), 7-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) in a PAC 7 2A challenge, on Monday, April 22. Trinity will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Jets enter the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 4-0 league win over Randleman (Randleman, NC).
The Patriots now possess a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Southeast Guilford for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 12. Providence Grove will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 league win over Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 7-2.
