Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Washington County Panthers (Plymouth, NC) and the visiting Falls Lake Firebirds (Creedmoor, NC), saw Washington County's basketball squad wallop Falls Lake by a tally of 78-42.

With the victory, Washington County improves its record to 20-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Vance Charter (Henderson, NC) to confront the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 18-8. Vance Charter won 85-81 in their recent non-league challenge against Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC)
